Frederick Shaw has been appointed U.S. country head at global financial services firm Apex Group.
Mr. Shaw will oversee the firm's U.S. business, which has more than 600 employees at 15 local offices, said a Monday release.
This role was previously held by Krishna Prasad, who left Apex Group in April to pursue other opportunities in the alternative investment and fintech sector, said a spokeswoman by email.
Mr. Shaw most recently served as chief risk officer and global head of operations at Hamilton Lane.

Apex Group services $3 trillion of client assets, the company spokeswoman added.
