David Humphreys has been named head of sustainable investing at TelstraSuper.
The position is new, a spokesman for the A$21 billion ($14.1 billion), Melbourne-based superannuation fund confirmed.
Mr. Humphreys was head of research and senior financial services investment analyst at JCP Investment Partners, an Australian equity boutique that closed down earlier this year.
TelstraSuper CEO Chris Davies said in an emailed statement that Mr. Humphreys' appointment "reinforces TelstraSuper's commitment to sustainable investment."
