NewMarket Corp., Richmond, Va., added two passive investment options managed by Vanguard Group to its 401(k) plan fund lineup during 2018, according to the company's 11-K filing Wednesday with the SEC.
During the year, the plan added the Vanguard Small Cap Index fund and Vanguard Mid Cap Index fund.
As of Dec. 31, each fund had less than $1 million assets in the plan. No investment options were removed in 2018; at the end of the year, the plan featured 15 investment options and common stock funds for NewMarket Corp. and affiliates Albemarle Corp. and Tredegar Corp.
Also as of Dec. 31, the plan, the Savings Plan for the Employees of NewMarket Corp. and Affiliates, had $445 million in assets, according to the 11-K filing.
