Samir Pandiri was named president of Broadridge International, confirmed Broadridge Financial Solutions spokesman Gregg Rosenberg in an email.
He replaces Tom Carey, who is a corporate vice president at Broadridge Financial Solutions and president of Broadridge global technology and operations.
Mr. Pandiri will be responsible for Broadridge's post-trade technology, global proxy, and asset management data and technology businesses outside of North America with a special focus on Europe and Asia. He will be based in London and will report to Mr. Carey.
Mr. Pandiri was global CEO of BNY Mellon's asset servicing division. He was replaced by Hani Kablawi, a BNY Mellon spokesman confirmed.
