Apartment Investment & Management Co., Denver, added the American Funds EuroPacific Growth Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan during 2018, the company disclosed in an 11-K filing with the SEC on Wednesday.
The active international equity fund managed by Capital Group had $3 million in plan assets as of Dec. 31. Removed during 2018 was the Harbor International Fund, a similar fund managed by Harbor Capital Advisors and subadvised by Marathon Asset Management, which had $3 million in plan assets as of Dec. 31, 2017, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
A reason for the changes was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the Aimco 401(k) Retirement Plan had 15 investment options, a company stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by Fidelity Investments. The plan had $81 million in assets as of that date.
