Oracle Corp., Redwood City, Calif., added emerging markets equity investment options managed by Dimensional Fund Advisors and T. Rowe Price Group during 2018, the software company disclosed in an 11-K filing with the SEC on May 17.
The plan added the DFA Emerging Markets Core Equity fund and T. Rowe Price Emerging Markets Equity collective trust fund. Each fund had about $97 million in assets as of Dec. 31.
The company also removed one similar fund managed by Lazard Asset Management in 2018. As of Dec. 31, 2017, the Lazard Emerging Markets Equity fund had about $277 million in assets in the plan, according to the company's previous 11-K filing.
The reason for the changes and mapping information were not provided. According to the 11-K filing, the plan had 19 investment options, a company stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group. Fidelity Investments is the plan's record keeper.
As of Dec. 31, the Oracle Corp. 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan had $14.3 billion in assets, according to the current 11-K filing.
