Richard Everitt was named head of implementations at U.K. defined contribution multiemployer plan LifeSight, a spokeswoman said.
The position is new. Mr. Everitt focuses on enrolling new clients in the £4.5 billion ($5.8 billion) plan. He is responsible for member consultation, plan setup and asset transition as well as daily business activities.
"We're expecting several large schemes with assets in excess of £1 billion to come to market over the next 12 months, as more organizations review their pension provision," LifeSight Managing Director Fiona Matthews said in a news release. (Mr. Everitt's) extensive experience in the master trust industry will be invaluable as we continue to offer members the highest quality outcomes and communication."
Mr. Everitt was formerly vice president and Europe, the Middle East and Africa pensions manager at Goldman Sachs. Details of his replacement were not available.
