Jerome Fouille and Jenny Hammarlund were named managing directors at H.I.G. Capital, working with the alternative money manager's H.I.G. Europe Realty Partners affiliate, a spokeswoman said in an email.
Both are new positions. Based in London, Mr. Fouille and Ms. Hammarlund identify and execute new deals for the European real estate strategy. They report to Riccardo Dallolio, managing director and head of H.I.G. Europe Realty Partners.
Mr. Fouille was previously managing director and head of tactical opportunities at GIC, and Ms. Hammarlund was previously a director on the real estate team at KKR & Co.
A KKR spokeswoman declined to comment, and GIC officials could not be immediately reached to provide further information.
