Driehaus Capital Management acquired the portfolio management team of Opus Capital Management, a news release issued by Driehaus said.
The team, which specializes in small-cap value equities, includes portfolio managers Len Haussler and Adam Eagleston and analysts David Wagner and Brad Rapking.
The team will remain based in Cincinnati.
Driehaus spokesman Tucker Hewes and Opus founder and CEO Jakki L. Haussler could not be immediately reached for additional information.
