The Philadelphia Treasurer's office is looking for an investment manager for the city's Empowerment Zones Neighborhood Funding Stream Program, a $30 million community endowment.
The endowment has an allocation of 44.9% in domestic equities, 36.9% taxable fixed income and 18.2% international equities.
The RFP is available on the city's procurement website. Proposals are due 5 p.m. EDT May 17. A selection is expected to be made in July.
