Manchester (N.H.) Employees' Contributory Retirement System made two new real estate commitments totaling $6 million, said Gerard Fleury, executive director, in an email.
The $235 million pension fund committed $4 million to TA Realty Associates XII, a value-added real estate fund, and $2 million to Dalfen Last Mile Industrial Fund IV, a real estate fund managed by Dalfen Industrial that invests in industrial properties.
The pension fund currently has about $24 million invested in real estate, Mr. Fleury said.
