Port of Portland, Portland, Ore., rehired Hyas Group as investment consultant for its $65 million 457 plan, said Nicole Murphy-Garcia, procurement specialist.
The port authority issued an RFP in January for a consultant to advise on the investment management of the plan, for a five-year contract to begin on April 1.
The other finalist was Cutler Investment Counsel.
