Ohio State Teachers assigns $100 million to Summit Partners fund

Ohio State Teachers' Retirement System, Columbus, committed $100 million to Summit Partners Growth Equity Fund X, Nick Treneff, pension fund spokesman, said in an email.

The pension fund previously committed $60 million to Summit Partners Growth Equity IX.

The $77 billion pension fund's actual allocation to private equity as of Feb. 28 was 7.4%; the target is 7%.
