Jodie Gunzberg was named head of the investment office at Graystone Consulting, a division of Morgan Stanley, according to an internal memo obtained by Pensions & Investments and confirmed by a company spokeswoman.
The position is new. Ms. Gunzberg will oversee the investment consulting firm's new investment office and play a direct senior strategist role to help win new business and enhance client relationships.
She will report to Jim Tracy, head of Graystone Consulting, and Lisa Shalett, chief investment officer of Morgan Stanley's wealth management business.
Ms. Gunzberg was managing director and head of U.S. equities at S&P Dow Jones Indices. S&P Dow Jones Indices spokeswoman April Kabahar declined to comment on details regarding a replacement.
