Shalini Bala Subramaniam and Martin Arzac joined private equity firm Clearlake Capital Group as managing directors, according to a news release.
Both positions are new, sources familiar with the situation said. Ms. Subramaniam is working on the firm's business development and sourcing team. Mr. Arzac focuses on sourcing, structuring and executing Clearlake's debt-related investments.
Ms. Subramaniam was a managing director in the financial sponsors group at Deutsche Bank, and Mr. Arzac was a managing director and part of the credit underwriting committee, also at Deutsche. Spokeswoman Kerrie McHugh could not be reached for information on replacements.
Clearlake spokeswoman Kristin Celauro declined to comment beyond the news release.
