Gerrit Van Gorp was named head of sales for continental Europe at Carillon Tower Advisers, while Kevin Lloyd was appointed head of wholesale sales for the U.K. and Ireland, a spokeswoman confirmed.
The positions are new. Mr. Lloyd will be responsible for the U.K. and Ireland wholesale market, and Mr. Van Gorp will be responsible for sales in continental Europe. They will both report to Don Pepin, head of institutional sales.
Mr. Van Gorp was head of business development at Fullerton Fund Management, overseeing all European markets. Mr. Lloyd was business manager, discretionary fund sales in London at Allianz Global Investors. An AllianzGI spokeswoman said the company will look for an appropriate replacement in due course. Jean Thouvenin was appointed Fullerton's head of business development for EMEA on Nov. 1, a Fullerton spokeswoman confirmed.
Carillon Tower Advisers has more than $64.6 billion in assets under management and advisement.
