North Attleboro (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is conducting an international and emerging markets equity investment manager search.
The $120 million defined benefit plan is looking to allocate to the following strategies: $5 million to international value, $5 million to international growth, $3.5 million to emerging markets, $2.5 million to international small cap. The international portions of this search are open to Europe, Australasia and Far East portfolios only. Managers may submit bids for any or all of these searches.
The pension fund's investment consultant, Dahab Associates, is assisting with the search.
The RFP is available on Dahab's website. Proposals are due at noon EDT April 29. A timetable for selecting a manager or managers has not yet been set.
Debra A. Bush, executive director of the pension fund, referred questions to Gregory A. McNeillie, investment consultant at Dahab, who could not be immediately reached for further comment.
