Christopher Dunn was appointed global head of client satisfaction at BNP Paribas Asset Management, a spokesman said.
The role is new. Mr. Dunn promotes departmental and regional cooperation to identify strategies aimed at improving client satisfaction.
"(Mr. Dunn's) experience of using market insights to advise leading asset managers on business strategy and client-focused initiatives will enable us to deepen our understanding of the issues facing our clients in order to enhance the service that we offer them," Melanie Aimer, global head of client experience at BNP Paribas Asset Management, said in a news release.
Mr. Dunn joined from investment management practice of Greenwich Associates, where he worked as vice president. Details of Mr. Dunn's replacement were not immediately available.
