University of Vermont and State Agricultural College, Burlington, committed $5 million to Ecosystem Integrity Fund III for its $472 million endowment pool, recently released investment subcommittee minutes show.
The subcommittee approved the commitment to the venture capital fund at its Dec. 19 meeting.
University spokesman Jeffrey Wakefield could not immediately provide further information.
