Anne Pullum was named head of Western Europe at Willis Towers Watson, a spokesman said.
Ms. Pullum will succeed Paul Morris. Mr. Morris will retire at the end of May.
Ms. Pullum is currently head of strategy and innovation. It has not yet been announced who will take on her current role as head of innovation and strategy, the spokesman said.
CEO John Haley said in a news release: "(Ms. Pullum's) skills and expertize are an excellent fit to continue the growth and evolution of Western Europe."
Mr. Morris joined the company in 1988 and previously served as director for international consulting services and managing director Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Towers Watson.
