Redington adds managing director

Carolyn Schuster-Woldan was named managing director at U.K. investment consultant Redington, a spokesman said.

The position is new. Ms. Schuster-Woldan will boost the firm's consulting capability and private credit research as part of the team of senior consultants.

"(Ms. Schuster-Woldan) is one of those rare individuals who is able to combine deep technical expertise with the empathy and communication skills required to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with her clients," said Patrick O'Sullivan, head of investment consulting, in a news release.

Ms. Schuster-Woldan was a partner at consultant Lane Clark & Peacock, where she focused on defined benefit plans. Information about her replacement could not be immediately learned.
