Nevada Public Employees' Deferred Compensation Program, Carson City, is searching for a record keeper, said Ronda Miller, state purchasing officer.
The $771 million 457 plan issued an RFP because of a state mandate that requires services be put up for bid every five years; current record keeper Voya Financial is eligible to rebid, Ms. Miller said.
The chosen record keeper would also provide services for the state's $41 million FICA alternative plan.
The plan has 15 investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group.
The RFP is available on the state's procurement website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. PDT on March 13. A selection is expected around June 5.
Rob Boehmer, the plan's executive officer, referred questions to Ms. Miller.
