Rocky Hill, Conn.-based recycling company seeks 401(k) plan service provider

Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority, Rocky Hill, Conn., is seeking an analysis and benefits consulting services provider for its $15 million 401(k) plan, confirmed Roger Guzowski, MIRA's contract and procurement manager, in an email.

The selected firm will provide services that include analyses of the plan's investment performance, ongoing recommendations for keeping the plan up-to-date and employee education sessions. The authority is looking to sign a three-year contract beginning July 1.

The search is being conducted to comply with state law requiring services be put out to bid every three years. Hooker & Holcombe is the current provider and is welcome to rebid, Mr. Guzowski said.

The RFP is on MIRA's website. Proposals are due 3 p.m. EDT March 14. A decision is expected to be made before July.
