Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Retirement System, Boston, hired People's United Bank to provide master trust and custodial services, confirmed executive secretary Joseph M. Petty in an email.
Meketa Investment Group, the $147 million pension fund's investment consultant, assisted with the search.
The search was launched in October because the plan's contract with its incumbent custodian, State Street, was set to expire. State Street submitted a bid, Mr. Petty said.
