Phoenix Employees' Deferred Compensation Board rehired Hyas Group as investment consultant, said Yolanda Briseno, the board's program coordinator.
The board, which oversees the city's 401(a) and 457 plans with a combined $2 billion in assets, issued an RFP in June due to the impending expiration of Hyas Group's contract.
The other finalist was Innovest Portfolio Solutions.
