Neil Lloyd is the new chairman of the Employee Benefit Research Institute's research committee.
Mr. Lloyd, partner and head of U.S. direct contribution and financial wellness research at Mercer, also will serve on EBRI's executive committee. He replaces Josh Cohen, head of institutional defined contribution for PGIM's institutional relationship group, who now serves as vice chair of EBRI's board of trustees.
Jeff Tulloch, a vice president at MetLife, will assume Mr. Lloyd's previous role as vice chairman of financial well-being at EBRI.
"Neil's research experience, consulting skills and insatiable curiosity will make him a great leader of the research committee and an important contributor to the EBRI executive committee," said Stacy Schaus, chairwoman of EBRI's board of trustees, in a statement.
