Spencer Seto will join Janus Henderson Investors in February as the money manager's Hong Kong-based head of institutional sales, Asia ex-Japan, a spokesman for the firm said.
Mr. Seto replaces Ellen Li, who relinquished that role in mid-2018 to join London-based growth emerging markets investor Actis as managing director, head of Asia for the firm's investor development group.
Mr. Seto comes to Janus Henderson from PGIM in Singapore, where he served as senior vice president in the firm's client advisory group.
A PGIM spokesman couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
