Richard Beddall was named senior benefits consultant at benefit and actuarial consulting firm Quantum Advisory, a spokesman said.
The position is new. Mr. Beddall develops and promotes Quantum's flexible benefits business, QChoice.
"(Mr. Beddall), with his vast experience in the flex and employee benefits arena, will add valuable resources to our existing team and help our clients to continually drive engagement amongst their employees," said Phil Farrell, partner at Quantum, in a news release.
Mr. Beddall was business project manager at National Express Group.
