Chowan University, Murfreesboro, N.C., retained TIAA-CREF as sole record keeper for its $20 million 403(b) plan, confirmed Donnie Clary, vice chancellor for business affairs.
TIAA previously shared record-keeping duties with GuideStone Financial Resources, but the university's retirement plan committee voted to consolidate record keeping with one vendor.
The committee made its decision after its consultant SageView Advisory Group conducted a review of investment offerings.
