The ACCESS pool of U.K. local authority pension funds is searching for an active value manager to run £650 million ($827 million) in global equity, a spokeswoman said.
The £45 billion pool appointed operator Link Fund Solutions and investment consultant Russell Investments to work in partnership to find an active global equity manager with a value bias for the pool's subfunds, expected to be launched in 2019.
