Bo Foged was named interim CEO of ATP, Hilleroed, Denmark, a spokesman said.
Mr. Foged, chief financial officer of the 779.2 billion Danish kroner ($118 billion) pension fund, replaced Christian Hyldahl, who stepped down last month. Emil Fannike Kiaer, internal ATP leader, was named interim CFO.
"As a CFO, (Mr.) Foged has a broad overview of and detailed insight in the ATP Group ... (and) possesses both the professional and managerial skills to run ATP in this interim period," Torben M. Andersen, chairman of the board said in a news release.
Mr. Hyldahl left ATP after allegations of dividend tax speculation during his tenure at Nordea Bank, prior to joining ATP on Jan. 1, 2017.
