Adams County Retirement Plan, Brighton, Colo., agreed to commit $5.75 million to Greenspring Global Partners IX, a venture capital fund of funds managed by Greenspring Associates, said Debbie Haines, the new executive director of the $266 million pension fund.
The pension fund has a target allocation of 10% to private equity.
Ms. Haines, who had been senior benefits manager, replaced Pamela Mathisen, who retired Nov. 30.
