Bay County, Bay City, Mich., hired AndCo Consulting as the first investment consultant for its $24 million 457 plan and $9 million 401(k) plan, said Rebecca Marsters, the county's payroll/benefits supervisor, in an email.
The county issued an RFP in August for a consultant to work with record keeper Nationwide Financial, as well as eventually to assist in issuing an RFP to put record-keeping services up for bid at some point in the future.
Ms. Marsters could not be immediately reached to provide finalist information.
