Peoria, Ariz., is searching for a record keeper for its $80 million 457 plan and $17 million 401(a) plan, Ned Taylor, senior consultant at Hyas Group, the plans' investment consultant, said in an email.
The city issued an RFP with the goal of consolidating to a single record keeper, Mr. Taylor said. Current record keepers ICMA-RC and Nationwide Financial are invited to rebid.
The selected firm would also provide services for the city's $13 million retirement health savings plan.
The RFP is available on the city's procurement website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. MST on Jan. 17. Finalist interviews are tentatively scheduled for the week of April 1, with a decision expected shortly thereafter.
