NYC asset management bureau seeks investment officers, corporate engagement director

NYC bureau of asset management is looking to fill several investment roles, according to notices on the New York City Comptroller's website.

Positions include: an investment officer, fixed income; senior investment officer, alternative credit; senior investment officer, private equity; director of corporate engagement.

The current policy allocations within the $200 billion New York City Retirement Systems is approximately 30% for fixed income, 9% alternative credit, and 6% private equity.

Tian Weinberg, spokesman for New York City Comptroller Scott M. Stringer, fiduciary for the five public pension funds within the NYC Retirement Systems, could not be reached immediately for additional information.
