Lyxor Asset Management appoints U.K. CEO

David Lake was named CEO of Lyxor Asset Management U.K., a spokesman said.

Mr. Lake replaces Matthieu Mouly, who had been U.K. CEO since 2016. Mr. Mouly retained his role as global head of sales and is based in Paris, the spokesman added.

Mr. Lake retained his duties as head of exchange-traded fund sales for U.K. and Ireland and continues to work in close cooperation with Mr. Mouly. Mr. Lake reports to Nathanael Benzaken, chief client officer of parent Lyxor Asset Management, and Sadia Ricke, U.K. chief country officer of Lyxor.

"This puts Lyxor in a strong position to continue growing in the U.K., and I am confident (Mr. Lake) will be instrumental in helping achieve this ambition," said Lionel Paquin, CEO of Lyxor Asset Management, in a news release.

Lyxor Asset Management has $137.2 billion in assets under management.
