Sandy Sinor was named senior vice president and director of public funds and Taft-Hartley plans at Northern Trust Asset Management, according to Robert Parise, senior vice president and practice lead for public funds and Taft-Hartley plans.
The position is new. Ms. Sinor will report to Mr. Parise.
She was an institutional client adviser at Voya Investment Management. A Voya spokesman could not be immediately reached for information on Ms. Sinor's replacement.
Northern Trust had $971.6 billion in assets under management as of Sept. 30, including a combined $110 billion in public funds and Taft-Hartley plans.
