Lesley-Ann Morgan was named head of multiasset strategy at Schroders.
The position is new and Ms. Morgan will start Nov. 1, focusing on the £449.4 billion ($576.5 billion) money manager's strategic partnerships with clients across the globe. She will work with Johanna Kyrklund, global head of multiasset investments, to lead strategic partner engagement efforts and to share market insights.
Ms. Morgan "brings a wealth of investment management experience to this role, with our clients set to benefit from her razor-sharp insight and global pension management expertise," Ms. Kyrklund said in a news release.
Ms. Morgan was most recently global head of retirement and defined contribution at the firm. A spokesman for Schroders said she will not be directly replaced; Neil Walton, head of investment solutions, will oversee the global retirement and DC responsibilities.
