Global Payments Inc., Atlanta, hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, the payment technology and software company disclosed in an 8-K filing with the SEC on Friday.
Fidelity replaces MassMutual Financial. The reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, 2017, the Global Payments Inc. 401(k) Plan had $362 million in assets, according to the company's most recent Form 5500. As of that same date, the plan had 14 investment options, a company stock fund, a guaranteed investment contract and a T. Rowe Price Group target-date fund lineup.
