Amundi's assets under management increased 0.6% over the quarter and 5.4% over the year, both ended Sept. 30, to €1.48 trillion ($1.71 trillion).
The firm said in an update Friday that it had €6.1 billion in net inflows for the quarter ended Sept. 30, vs. €2.6 billion in net inflows for the previous quarter and €31.2 billion in net inflows for the year-earlier quarter.
Institutional AUM grew 1.3% for the three months ended Sept. 30, and increased 3.1% for the 12-month period, to €925 billion. Institutional net inflows were €10.5 billion for the quarter, vs. €10.3 billion in net outflows for the previous quarter. For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2017, net inflows were €18 billion.
Net revenues fell 8.1% for the quarter to €622 million, and fell 1.6% compared to net revenues for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2017. Net income was €209 million, down 10.7% over the quarter, but up 13.6% compared with figures for the year-earlier quarter.
Market and foreign-exchange effects added €5.3 billion to assets under management.
