Manchester, N.H., is searching for a project consultant to assist in developing an RFP for a record keeper for the city's $60 million 457 plan, said Jane E. Gile, the city's human resources director, in an email.
The city issued an RFP for a firm to coordinate the process for a record-keeper search. There is no incumbent consultant, Ms. Gile said. The consultant RFP is available on the city's purchasing website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT on Nov. 1. A selection is expected Nov. 15.
The city expects the record keeper RFP to be issued Jan. 15, 2019, with a decision expected March 31. Current record keeper MassMutual Financial will be invited to rebid. The RFP will also be posted on the city's purchasing website.
