Mountain View, Calif., is searching for an investment consultant for its $112 million 457 plan and a new 401(a) plan, said an RFP posted on the city's website.
The city is seeking a consultant to assist the city with establishing an investment policy; implementing the 401(a) plan; provide ongoing consulting services, including reviewing plan performance against the investment policy; and issuing a future RFP for a record keeper. Whether there is a current consultant and whether that firm is invited to rebid could not be learned by press time.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. PDT on Sept. 25. A selection is scheduled for Oct. 24.
