Victoria Stanley was named director of fund management for residential investment at Invesco Real Estate, a spokesman said.
The position is new. Ms. Stanley reports to John German, senior director of residential investment.
"(Ms. Stanley's) arrival corresponds with our clients' growing appetite for investment into the U.K. residential market due to its potentially strong income component and ability to add diversification to multiasset portfolios — of particular importance to U.K. local authority pension funds. Her expertise across the U.K. and Europe complements the experience of our existing team of residential specialists," Andy Rofe, managing director, Invesco Real Estate – Europe, said in a news release.
Ms. Stanley previously worked at Long Harbour as fund manager. A spokesman could not be reached to comment about a replacement.
Invesco Real Estate has £1 billion ($1.3 billion) in U.K. residential investments.
