Bristol County Retirement System, Taunton, Mass., rehired DWS Group to run a $12 million open-end core real estate fund, said Roxanne L. Donovan, executive director, in an email.
The $600 million pension fund issued an RFP in April to comply with state law requiring contracts go out to rebid every few years. Principal Real Estate Investors was the other finalist.
Investment consultant Segal Marco Advisors assisted.
