Eli Bloshtein was named interim chief investment officer of Cook Children's Health Care System, spokeswoman Kim Brown said in an email.
Mr. Bloshtein, an existing employee of the Fort Worth-based system, replaced former CIO Patrick O'Connor, who left in late July.
