University of Colorado Foundation's long-term investment pool returned 11.07% in the fiscal year ended June 30, above its custom benchmark return of 8.48%, said a performance report on the Denver-based foundation's website.
A breakout of investment returns by asset class was not provided.
For the three, five and 10 years ended June 30, the long-term investment pool returned an annualized 7.54%, 8.93% and 6.44%, respectively. All exceeded their respective benchmarks, although precise benchmark information was not provided.
For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2017, the long-term investment pool returned 15%, below its custom benchmark return of 15.28%.
The $1.67 billion long-term investment pool includes $1.36 billion in endowment assets.
