Molex Inc., Lisle, Ill., hired Alight Solutions as service provider of its 401(k) plan, said a transition guide posted on the plan website.
Alight replaced Fidelity Investments as the plan's provider in July. "The change leverages (parent company) Koch Industries' relationship with Alight to provide participants with lower fees," according to the transition guide.
The Molex Inc. Retirement and Savings Plan had $593 million in assets of Dec. 31, 2016, according to its most recent Form 5500 filing.
Details on any investment lineup changes were not provided.
A spokesman for Koch Industries Inc. could not immediately be reached for further information.
