Christine Mahoney was named U.S. wealth leader at Mercer, effective Wednesday.
She replaces Thomas Murphy, who left the firm, said Alayna Francis, a Mercer spokeswoman, in an email.
Ms. Mahoney has oversight of the firm's range of investment, retirement and financial wellness services provided to Mercer's more than 3,000 institutional investors.
Ms. Mahoney reports to Rich Nuzum, president of Mercer's wealth business.
Previously, Ms. Mahoney lead the global integration of Thomsons Online Benefits, a company news release said. Mercer acquired the software benefits provider in 2016.
