Sloan Sutta was named managing director at Crayhill Capital Management, spokesman Zach Kouwe confirmed.
The position is new.
Mr. Sutta will be responsible for finding and evaluating new investment opportunities in private credit. He will also join Crayhill's investment team as a senior member. He will report to Josh Eaton and Carlos Mendez, Crayhill's co-founding managing partners.
The credit manager has about $430 million in assets under management.
Mr. Sutta was a managing director at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group. Och-Ziff spokesman Jonathan Gasthalter declined to comment on whether Mr. Sutta was replaced.
