John C. Robinson was appointed CEO of Consequent Capital Management.
The firm's founder, Earl Robinson, previously served as CEO. As of press time, it was unclear why or when he left the company.
John Robinson, who became CEO at the end of June, most recently was a senior managing consultant at PFM Asset Management, where he was responsible for consulting, client service and business development for municipal and higher education clients. It could not be learned by press time if he has been replaced in that position.
"We are excited to welcome John Robinson as our new CEO," said Samuel Koh, of Consequent's board of directors, in a news release. "John's extensive experience and background is a testament to Consequent's mission to deliver best-in-class resources to the clients that we serve."
Consequent has roughly $4 billion under advisement, the release said.
